10. Content Department - Strategy

  • Job Description:

- Responsible for developing the overall strategy for programs and events.

- Review content related to the project's expertise, including communication materials before they are released externally.

- Create content and generate ideas for activities/events within the project.

- Assist in writing interview scripts for partners.

- Develop content for reports and proposals introducing the project.

- Manage research and propose directions for the development of project activities.

- Generate ideas and plan strategies for the project's activities.

- Support and guide media ideas for the project's communication campaigns.

- Develop strategies for project activities and guide ideas for communication campaigns.

- Conduct research and develop directions for project activities.

  • Job Requirements:

- Understand the vision and goals of the project to convey them to team members and partners.

- Passion for planning events/programs, developing strategies, and guiding the development of project directions.

- Eager to learn, passionate, responsible, actively contribute ideas, and be a good listener.

- Responsible for the project and its activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

- Logical thinking and critical thinking are major advantages.

- Skills: teamwork, independent work, and creativity.

- Proficient in office tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

- Attend all meetings.

- Able to work under pressure and balance tasks well.

- Commitment to continuous involvement with the project for at least 6 months, maintaining confidentiality.

11. Business Development/Research and Development Department
  • Job Description:

- Guide and seek suitable partners for the project.

- Propose ideas and develop strategies for fundraising sales campaigns with project partners.

- Create collaboration proposals with partners.

- Contact and work directly with partners and collaborate with the marketing department to develop campaigns that communicate sustainable messages and raise funds for the villages supported by EWA.

- Work with other departments to gather analytical materials and data for the project.

- Participate in in-depth research on products related to the project's theme and their impact on human life and the environment.

- Conduct research to support project topics.

- Advise partners on product development.

  • Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in similar roles.

- Quick, active, and have good communication skills.

- Skills in persuasion and negotiation are advantageous.

- Proactive in transportation to meet partners when needed.

- Good command of English is a plus.

Recruitment Timeline:
