Since 2019, Empower Women Asia has been working on a project at Lac Village - Mai Chau Hoa Binh with our vision to preserve and maintain this traditional weaving village of Vietnam with specific goals including:

- Offering poor and disabled women in the area free accommodation and training classes as well as some upgrades of facilities to produce traditional, handmade and sustainable weaving products following sustainable product requirements so that the women could improve their understanding about sustainable production processes and increase their competitive advantages, Empower Women Asia strikes to make a positive environmental, humanitarian, cultural and social impact.

-Assisting with product ideas to product design to develop more applicable and suitable products to the markets both domestic and international so the women would have more jobs and chances to improve their income.
